Checkout Time - 11AM

Departures after 11AM are subject to a $50/hour late checkout fee. If you desire a late checkout, please call guest services at extension-0. This may be granted to Hilton Honors members based on availability.

Smoke-Free Property

The Diplomat Beach Resort is a 100% smoke-free property. No smoking of any sort is permitted on the property, including guest rooms, public spaces and outdoor premises. A $350 smoking fee will be incurred for any smoking infractions.

Temporary Incidentals Hold

The Resort’s policy requires a credit card hold of $200.00/ night to be placed for incidentals. If a bank debit card is used, the available balance of the account will be reduced at time of check-out. The difference between the hold and the purchase total will be credited back to your account. Processing times vary between 5-15 business days. The Diplomat Resort will not be held responsible for the amount of time your bank requires to return any reimbursed funds and/or overdraft fees to your debit card.

Outdoor Access: To access the beach, pool, Playa, Kids' Club and all other beachfront activities, please proceed through South Palm Court and use the ramp located on the south end. For additional assistance, please contact security: 954-602-8814. 

Resort Fee

DAILY RESORT CHARGE $45 (USD) plus tax will be added to the room rate and includes the following (pending availability, first-come-first-served):

Pet-Friendly Property

Maximum of 2 pets per guest room - can only be a dog or cat.

Pets must be 50 lbs. in total weight combined or less.

A non-refundable one-time $100 fee will apply

The Diplomat lends pet owners food and water bowls and a floor mat for on-site use. Additionally, a local Hollywood pet-friendly guide will be provided at check in which includes information about our Woof and Whiskers in-room dining menu. 

Dress Code

Dress code required to enter the building. Proper shoes and shirts must be worn indoors at all times. Swimsuits are not permitted.
